With two decades in the property investment industry, Pat brings a wealth of experience and insights to guide you on your journey. Having transitioned from a successful career as a CPA in the mining industry, Pat achieved semi-retirement in his 20’s, having amassed over 40 investment properties, which gave him the choice to become a stay at home dad while his children were young.
Now his family responsibilities have reduced, he is looking to help others with his extra time. His mission is to share the lessons learned, helping you navigate the intricate world of property investment without the pitfalls. He’s committed to empowering individuals to replicate his success, attaining financial freedom, and reclaiming their invaluable time.

JARRYD
A seasoned property investor who has demonstrated success through investing in real estate, Jarryd began his journey in property at the age of 18. Over Jarryd’s journey his has purchased 12 properties.
Driven by a genuine enjoyment and passion for real estate, Jarryd has always encouraged investing in real estate. This led him to extend his study and training into investment properties Australia wide.
